Quick Win. Big Savings.
The first home, form liner were ordered to create texture on external walls. They were single use and cost $4k+. Woods strips were alternatively cut and placed inside the forms (as you can see in the inset) to create texture, and can be used for repeated pours.

Foundation Systems
As part of our commitment to advancing affordable, resilient housing solutions, we plan to actively test and evaluate a range of foundation systems. The foundation is one of the most critical—and often costly—components of home construction. By systematically exploring various options, we aim to identify scalable, cost-effective approaches that are well-suited to diverse site conditions across rural communities.
