On the Muscatine Community College (MCC) campus, we are establishing a hands-on Housing Innovation Testing Lab where all of our advanced building technology learnings will be actively demonstrated. This space will serve as an open, inquiry-driven environment for exploration, experimentation, and community engagement.

It will also serve as a teaching hub, supporting students, builders, realtors, homebuyers, and community leaders in understanding, applying, advancing, and adopting cost-effective, scalable housing solutions.

The Muscatine Community College Career Advancement Center is a $10 million ultramodern, state-of-the-art training facility. The center provides a direct talent pipeline for numerous high-demand industries, with an emphasis on the construction industry.
