WikiHouse Building System Innovation
WikiHouse is an open-source, manufactured building system that uses structural timber, typically precision-cut plywood, to create modular components that can be quickly and accurately assembled. Each piece is cut to a tolerance of just 0.1mm, enabling a high degree of precision and quality control.
We have integrated WikiHouse roof systems into our cast-in-place homes. These modular roofs are not only durable and climate-resilient, but also easy to assemble and designed to create additional livable space for residents.
WikiHouse has been successfully implemented in countries such as the UK, Austria, Ukraine, and the Netherlands, helping communities build more quickly, efficiently, and sustainably—especially in rural areas where resources may be limited.
Importantly, WikiHouse reports that approximately half of the total project cost remains in the local economy. This supports local jobs, strengthens communities, and helps build future capacity in the construction trades.

Quick Win. Big Savings.
Choosing a roof system that also increases square footage for free. We like the sound of that savings for the homeowner.
